The FMRSU service is funded by the Australian Government Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs and delivered by Matrix on Board.

This website was developed by the FMRSU to provide resources, support and training for FaHCSIA funded Service Providers and their workers, who are responsible for assisting Indigenous families and individuals living in remote communities to budget, save and make the best decisions about their earning and spending.

The service provides accredited and non-accredited training, support, coaching, mentoring and practical skills workshops along with new resources and information that aims to enrich learning and enable Service Providers to continue their commitment in providing financial literacy assistance to individuals and families.
